Atom Feed its an useful type of XML files really used to publish standard and universal contents. You can find different software which allows you to read this information without a browser. These are the "content agregators".

In CartoBCN we want to bring to our users al this download services under the last tecnologies; that's the reason to create the CartoBCN atom service. You can download and maintain the last cartography updates from the city of Barcelona.

Basically, Atom Feeds allows the users to:

Linking related content.
Last-version repositories data-maintaning

Select a product from the products catalog.
Load a distribution scope and select after the products.
Load products by selecting its collection.

Approach you to your interest zone by driving through map or use the locators for positioning.

Select the map elements you want to download by clicking on it or use the polygon tool for multiple select.

Select the download format.
Add to cart.

You have selected geographic scopes. You can select more or select the prodcuts for the selected geographic scopes and add them to cart by clicking on Add to cart.

Select the products and formats yo want to download. Add to cart.

Fill the form fields and agree the conditions terms to create your account.

Review your mail. You will receive a mail with a link that you should click to enable your account.

If you're already registered:

Enter the user and password you use to join and press Login.
